Hello World,

Is it only me who feels that we often forget to feel the little pleasures of life in our busy lives? Sometimes it’s not life which is dull, it’s we who make it feel dull.

Yes, life never fails to surprise us with some good, awful & weird experiences but it does have little blessings which we forget to appreciate. With time, it has become very crucial to own & experience the little time we get for ourselves.

Here I have tried taking some bits on how we can avoid not appreciating our life, let’s check them out:

  • Getting Aloof: Do you ever feel like just getting disconnected from the outer world and enjoy your own presence? Enjoying your own company is the thing which we should do at least once a week for a couple of hours near to a soothing place. There is nothing more pleasing than getting yourself free & exploring your own self.

  • Feel the vibe: Feel your surroundings and find peace in it. Peace is something that is much more important than any other pleasures in life, it is like fuel to your soul. That is why it is essential not to lose your peace even while hustling for success so that you do not end up becoming one who is missing on peace even after achieving everything!

  • Listening to your body: Observe what your body needs. Workout daily for 15 mins at least, eat right & mindfully. The satisfaction after having a day after workout & healthy meal is unmatchable. Also, it helps you boost your confidence level as you feel content with your body from inside & outside.

FEEL THE VIBE

  • Walk amidst Greens: Taking a walk, amidst all greens actually has a positive impact on your mind. Being with nature, and appreciating the beauty of this World. When you are close to nature, you are away from your own baggage of life!

  • List down your gratified decisions: Let’s do it, listing down the 5 decisions you made in life for which you are extremely proud of. Listing down the things that can help you and your personality to grow more, it makes you feel that you’re growing constructively.

  • Jot your day down: Just writing something about your day on a piece of paper or type it out, Life is a process of knowing yourself, talking to yourself helps you know yourself better. And more you know yourself more the will be the self-awareness.

  • Step up and explore the outer World: Spending time with yourself definitely makes you know yourself better but going out and spending time networking & Meeting a bunch of people, can help you know where you are better than others and how you stand apart from others.

You can also try communities Like Eventbrite.com or meetup.com to go and network with some intellectual bunch of people.

  • Solo outing: Nothing more blissful than going to a cafe & sitting peacefully, sipping your favourite cup of coffee & some books or you can also try doodling as it helps in opening doors of creativity. No better way to pamper yourself than this!

  • Bring up the Cheer : The last one is a little crazy, but it will not fail to make you feel cherished. Sing random songs… aloud!

It brings so much cheer. It’s like celebrating your life & praising yourself.

All the above-mentioned bits may or may not work for all of us, some of them will work for different people some of them will not.

I hope this helps you to look at things in a little different manner and appreciate the little pleasures.
